Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager (Hotel Management) to oversee hospitality services and ensure a high standard of guest experience, facility management, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hospitality and guest service operations.
- Supervise housekeeping, front office, catering, and facility support services.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operational activities.
- Develop and implement service quality standards and operating procedures.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution professionally.
- Maintain inventory and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in hospitality or facility management are an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel, hospitality, or facility management.
- Experience in educational institutions, hospitals, or large organizations is preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Customer-focused with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of hospitality operations and service standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality management software is preferred.
