Role:
- Call and qualify leads (inbound + outbound)
- Convince clients for site visits
- Follow up consistently till closure
- Maintain and update lead data in Excel sheets daily (mandatory)
What You’ll Learn:
- Real estate basics (JDA, RERA, legal clarity)
- Cold calling that converts
- High-ticket sales (₹20L–₹1Cr deals)
- Client handling & negotiation
What We Expect:
- Strong communication skills
- Discipline in follow-ups
- Daily Excel reporting — no updates = no lead ownership
- Serious intent to earn (not timepass job seekers)
Income:
Performance-based with strong earning potential for serious performers.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
