Commi III (Commi 3)
A Commi III is an entry-level position in the kitchen brigade responsible for assisting in basic food preparation and supporting senior chefs. The role focuses on learning kitchen operations, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth workflow within the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients such as chopping, peeling, cutting, and marinating
- Support Commi I, Commi II, and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Follow standard recipes and instructions for basic food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies
- Help in stock rotation using FIFO method
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Report any issues related to food quality or kitchen equipment
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
