- We are seeking an experienced GCP Administrator with 5 years of hands on experience managing monitoring and optimizing Google Cloud Platform environments
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for cloud infrastructure administration security performance cost optimization and supporting development and operations teams
- Administer and manage Google Cloud Platform GCP environments including Compute Engine Cloud Storage VPC IAM and GKE
- Design deploy and maintain scalable secure and highly available cloud infrastructure
- Monitor system performance availability and reliability using Google Cloud Monitoring and Logging
- Manage IAM roles permissions service accounts and security policies
- Implement and maintain networking components such as VPCs subnets firewalls load balancers VPNs and interconnects
- Perform backup disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Troubleshoot infrastructure networking and performance issues
- Optimize cloud costs using billing reports budgets and cost control mechanisms
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code Terraform Deployment Manager
- Support CI CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps and application teams
- 5 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform administration
- Strong hands on experience with
- Compute Engine
- Google Kubernetes Engine GKE
- Cloud Storage
- VPC networking
- IAM
- Experience with Linux based systems
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices
- Hands on experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools
- Familiarity with CI CD tools Jenkins GitLab CI Cloud Build etc
- Exposure to monitoring logging and alerting tools
