The Office Interior Project Manager at TRIOS is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering turnkey office interior projects on time, within budget, and as per client expectations. This role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution while maintaining high standards of quality, sustainability, and efficiency.
✅ Successfully manage 3–5 interior fit-out projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth execution from concept to completion.
✅ Develop and maintain a detailed project timeline (Gantt chart) with 100% adherence to deadlines.
✅ Ensure at least 90% of projects are delivered on time and within budget.
✅ Identify, onboard, and manage reliable contractors and vendors for civil work, MEP, HVAC, furniture, and finishing materials.
✅ Conduct weekly site inspections to ensure work quality and timely progress.
✅ Ensure 100% compliance with contract terms and project specifications for all vendors.
✅ Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost overruns do not exceed 5%.
✅ Identify cost-saving opportunities in materials, labor, and logistics without compromising quality.
✅ Maintain transparent cost reporting for clients and internal stakeholders.
✅ Maintain a client satisfaction score of 90%+ through regular updates and proactive issue resolution.
✅ Ensure all design specifications, finishes, and installations meet agreed-upon expectations.
✅ Deliver final project handovers 100% defect-free, completing necessary rectifications before occupancy.
✅ Ensure at least 50% of materials used are GreenPro-certified, IGBC-compliant, or eco-friendly.
✅ Adhere to all safety and regulatory compliance standards, ensuring a 100% accident-free workplace.
✅ Implement 3 new sustainable practices per year, such as waste reduction, energy-efficient lighting, or recycled materials.
