Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Source materials, products, and services as per company requirements.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and pending materials.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and develop new vendor networks.
- Negotiate price, quality, payment terms, credit terms, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Accounts, Sales, and other departments for material requirements.
- Ensure purchased materials meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Resolve vendor-related issues concerning quality, delivery, pricing, and documentation.
- Maintain proper purchase records, vendor databases, quotations, POs, invoices, and other documentation.
- Analyze market prices and identify opportunities for cost reduction and better sourcing.
- Regularly evaluate vendor performance based on quality, price, delivery, and service.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and approval procedures.
- Prepare purchase reports and provide management with procurement-related updates.

- Ability to manage multiple vendors and purchase requirements simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/Purchase software.

- Cost-conscious and target-oriented approach.
Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in relevant field.
- Experience: 2 Years in Purchase / Procurement.
- Experience in the Construction industry will be preferred.
