Designation: Infrastructure Support Engineer (Onsite & On-Campus Support)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite IT infrastructure support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Support network connectivity issues including LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet access.
- Install and maintain CCTV systems, DVR/NVR devices, and related infrastructure.
- Handle user support tickets and resolve technical issues within SLA timelines.
- Perform preventive maintenance and health checks of IT assets.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain asset inventory and service documentation.
- Provide on-campus support for classrooms, labs, offices, and events.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective technical support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
