Position: Plumber – Maintenance
Experience: 3 to 7 Years
Location: Eagleton The Golf Resort
Job Responsibilities
- Handle plumbing maintenance and repair works across guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and back-office areas.
- Attend breakdown complaints related to pipelines, taps, flushing systems, pumps, valves, and sanitary fittings.
- Perform preventive maintenance of plumbing systems and water supply lines.
- Check and maintain water pressure systems, drainage lines, and sewage systems.
- Coordinate with the Engineering/Maintenance team for daily operations.
- Ensure proper usage of tools and maintenance materials.
- Follow safety and hygiene standards during maintenance activities.
- Maintain records of repairs and daily maintenance activities.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in plumbing maintenance, preferably in hotels, resorts, or large facilities.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, water motors, pumps, and sanitary fittings.
- Basic understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
- Ability to handle emergency breakdowns independently.
- ITI/Diploma in Plumbing preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
