Unicorn is a Jaipur-based AI technology company serving clients across the United States. Our SEO playbook is already built, AI-powered, and proven. We're hiring an experienced SEO Specialist to run it at a high standard for our US client accounts.
About the role
You will execute SEO for a portfolio of US clients using Unicorn's step-by-step SOPs and AI-powered workflows. You won't be building the process; it's already in place. Your job is to follow it precisely, deliver results clients can see, and become the person the team relies on to get it done right.
Responsibilities
- Run SEO for multiple US client accounts by following our documented SOPs: audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, technical fixes, content, and link building
- Work daily inside our AI-powered workflows (ChatGPT/Claude, Semrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Surfer) for keyword clustering, content briefs, QA, and reporting
- Fix technical issues: crawlability, Core Web Vitals, schema, internal linking, and Google Business Profile for local clients
- Complete every checklist and keep every task tracked so nothing slips through
- Prepare client-ready monthly reports from GA4, Search Console, and Looker Studio
- Flag gaps or improvement ideas in the SOPs as you spot them
- Stay current on algorithm updates, AI Overviews, and the shift toward answer engines (AEO/GEO)
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with results you can show
- Experience with US or international clients, ideally in an agency setting
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong command of Ahrefs or Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog
- Comfortable using AI tools every day and quick to learn new ones
- Disciplined about process: you follow SOPs exactly and don't skip steps
- Solid technical fundamentals: HTML, site speed, and CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow
