About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and confident Program Counsellor to join our growing healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding clients, explaining healthcare/wellness programs, handling follow-ups, and supporting clients throughout their wellness journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding healthcare and wellness programs
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable programs
- Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients
- Coordinate with dietitians and internal teams for smooth client support
- Maintain client records and update CRM/software regularly
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
- Experience in counselling, telesales, healthcare, or wellness industry preferred
- Experince candidate with good communication skills can also apply

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
