About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Technical Solutions Engineer / Implementation Engineer to support API and SDK integrations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth customer onboarding, successful go-lives, and strong post-integration support.
You will work closely with customers and internal engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, design integration workflows, and deliver reliable technical solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Support customers during API and SDK integrations
- Assist in troubleshooting backend and mobile integration issues
- Understand customer systems and integration requirements
- Help design and document integration flows
- Reproduce and debug issues reported by customers
- Coordinate with backend and mobile engineering teams
- Participate in customer calls and technical discussions
- Maintain integration documentation and FAQs
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in backend or mobile development
- Basic understanding of REST APIs
- Familiarity with HTTP, JSON, and authentication concepts
- Strong logical debugging skills
- Good communication skills (technical and non-technical)
- Willingness and confidence to interact with customers
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to SDK integrations
- Basic understanding of Android or iOS architecture
- Experience supporting SaaS products
