Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager
Reporting: To Directors
Experience Required: 10+ Years in Human Resources
Role Overview
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete human resource function of the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This includes managing the employee lifecycle, driving recruitment efficiency, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining confidentiality, and fostering a productive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1 . Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Develop sourcing strategies to improve recruitment efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and facilitate final selection processes with management.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, training, performance management, and exit formalities.
- Ensure smooth induction and orientation processes for new hires.
- Monitor probation periods and facilitate confirmation processes.
3. Payroll Management & Compensation
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Validate payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.
- Ensure correct calculation of salaries, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS), and benefits.
- Coordinate salary disbursement with the accounts team.
- Manage Full & Final Settlement (F&F) for exiting employees.
- Ensure issuance of payslips, Form 16, and payroll reports.
4. Performance Evaluation & Management
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinate periodic performance reviews and ensure timely completion.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to management.
- Support managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee productivity.
5. Employee Coordination & Engagement
- Act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure effective communication.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
6. Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution
- Proactively identify workplace issues and implement corrective measures.
- Handle employee disputes, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with fairness and consistency.
- Provide guidance to managers on handling sensitive employee matters.
7. Statutory Compliance & Legal Requirements
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations such as:
- Provident Fund (PF),
- Employee State Insurance (ESI),
- Professional tax,Labor welfare Fund(LWF),
- Gratuity
- Coordinate with consultants and authorities for timely filing of returns and statutory documentation.
- Stay updated with changes in labor laws and ensure organizational compliance.
8. Maintenance of HR Records & Registers
- Maintain statutory registers and records as per legal requirements. Ensure proper documentation of employee data, attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, etc.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR MIS reports for management review.
9. Maintenance of Labour Registers & Records
- Ensure daily and accurate maintenance of labour registers, especially for employees deployed at client sites.
- Coordinate with site supervisors/project managers to ensure real-time updating of labour data.
- Ensure records are properly maintained for compliance with labour laws and insurance requirements (including contractor responsibilities).
10. Petty Expense Coordination & Control
- Coordinate with employees for timely submission of petty cash expense supporting documents (bills, vouchers, approvals).
- Track pending submissions details from Accounts and follow up regularly with concerned employees.
- Maintain a pending tracker for expense supportings and escalate long-pending cases to management.
11. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- Ensure strict confidentiality of employee information, payroll data, and company records.
- Implement data protection practices to safeguard sensitive HR information.
12. HR Operations & Administration
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance management, and leave tracking systems.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support audits by providing required HR documentation and reports.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
