Key Responsibilities:
- Generate invoices and billing entries in TallyPrime.
- Maintain accurate billing and sales records.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, vouchers, and delivery challans.
- Handle customer billing queries and coordinate with clients.
- Maintain purchase and sales entries.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of bills.
- Assist in daily accounting and data entry work.
- Reconcile billing records and payment details.
- Prepare basic MIS and billing reports in Excel.
- Coordinate with the accounts and sales department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred.
- Must have knowledge of TallyPrime billing process.
- Basic to Advanced Excel knowledge preferred.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in billing work.
- Ability to manage records and documentation properly.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
