- Experience:- Minimum 6 years of experience in microfinanace
- Experience in leadership positions within microfinance institutions or NBFC proven track record of effectively managing teams and achieving organizational goals.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards specific to the microfinance sector- NBFC is essential. Candidates should have a deep understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices governing NBFC MFIs.
- The ability to provide strategic direction and lead the organization through periods of growth and change is crucial for the role.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to navigate complex business environments are essential.
- Effective communication skills are necessary for articulating the organization's vision, building consensus among stakeholders, and representing the institution externally.
- Extensive experience in the financial services sector, particularly in microfinance or related areas, in lending, risk management, operations, compliance, and strategic planning.
