We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented W+D 102 Envelope Machine Operator to efficiently operate and monitor W+D 102.00 envelope converting equipment in a production environment. The ideal candidate will maintain consistent production flow, ensure high-quality output, and minimize downtime while following all safety and quality standards.
*Key Responsibilities*
Operate W+D 102.00 envelope machines efficiently to meet daily production goals.
Monitor machine performance and make operational adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
Inspect finished envelopes to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
Identify and report mechanical or production issues promptly.
Perform routine cleaning and basic machine care to maintain optimal operation.
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Ensure proper material flow and minimize waste during production runs.
Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
Work closely with supervisors and production team members to maximize efficiency and output.
*Qualifications*
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience operating W+D 102.00 envelope machines required.
Strong understanding of W+D 102.00 machine functions, controls, and production processes.
Proven ability to maintain high production speeds while meeting quality standards.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Basic troubleshooting and mechanical awareness.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and handle production materials as needed.
