The Impact You'll Make
As a Software Engineer at RAAD Systems, you will design and develop software applications that support engineering, manufacturing, and business operations. Working with multidisciplinary teams, you will build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications while contributing to the development of innovative software solutions that enhance productivity and deliver value to our clients.
Your work will support the full software development lifecycle, from solution design and implementation to testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain modern software applications for engineering and business solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into scalable software solutions.
Develop responsive front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and related technologies.
Build robust back-end services, APIs, and business logic that support enterprise applications.
Design, develop, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services where appropriate.
Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using industry best practices.
Test, troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software applications to improve performance and reliability.
Create technical documentation and support continuous software improvements throughout the development lifecycle.
Stay current with emerging software technologies and contribute to process improvements and engineering best practices.
Who We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline.
2–5 years of professional software development experience.
Strong understanding of software design principles and modern application development.
Experience working within collaborative software development environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with one or more of the following technologies:

Back-End Development
Databases
APIs & Integration
Authentication & Security
Experience with enterprise software, manufacturing systems, semiconductor technologies, or industrial automation environments is considered an asset.
