Job ResponsibilitiesTechnical Design & Feasibility
- Verify technical designs against project requirements and specifications.
- Review and validate Bill of Materials (BOM) and Sequence of Operation (SOO).
- Assess system feasibility and identify technical requirements or issues.
System Programming & Configuration
- Program and configure devices according to operational requirements.
- Work on automation and building management systems.
- Perform software upgrades and system migration from older versions where required.
- Troubleshoot programming and configuration-related issues.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with Project Managers and internal engineering teams.
- Create, maintain and update system databases.
- Work with pre-construction teams to ensure proper integration of design and programming.
Documentation & Floorplan Management
- Review and clean up project floorplans.
- Verify drawings and documentation against project specifications.
- Create SVG drawings and maintain relevant system databases.
- Ensure accurate documentation for system integration and execution.
Required Technical Skills
- Hands-on or academic/project experience with PLC programming and configuration.
- Exposure to BMS, LMS (Lighting Management Systems), Building Automation or Home Automation is preferred.
- Understanding of automation systems and their implementation.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam and/or Illustrator.
- Strong troubleshooting and programming skills.
- Understanding of commercial building, architectural or construction project processes is an added advantage.

- Experience: 1–4 years.
- Candidates with experience in BMS, Building Automation, PLC, LMS, Lighting Control, Industrial Automation or related systems are encouraged to apply.
