Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with parents and students
- Handle concerns, complaints, and academic coordination smoothly
- Ensure high student satisfaction and retention
- Follow up regularly with parents regarding student progress and class continuity
- Coordinate with tutors and internal teams for issue resolution
- Identify possible dropouts and work on retention strategies
- Maintain professional communication and timely support
Requirements:
- Experience in the Phonics and EdTech industry is mandatory
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Good problem-solving and conflict-handling ability
- Ability to manage multiple student accounts efficiently
- Retention-focused mindset with strong follow-up skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
