We are looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Engineer to design, install, supervise, troubleshoot, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, experience with site execution and maintenance, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and other engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and review HVAC systems for commercial, residential, industrial, or other projects.
- Prepare and review HVAC layouts, shop drawings, equipment schedules, and technical specifications.
- Perform HVAC load calculations and equipment selection.
- Supervise HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure HVAC works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, codes, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, civil, and architectural teams.
- Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality, progress, and compliance with project requirements.
- Inspect HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, insulation, controls, and associated systems.
- Diagnose system faults and recommend effective corrective actions.
- Prepare project documentation, inspection reports, progress reports, and maintenance records.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend measures to improve HVAC system efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HVAC standards, health and safety requirements, and environmental regulations.
- Assist with procurement by reviewing technical specifications and evaluating HVAC equipment and materials.
- Participate in testing, balancing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
