About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Google & Meta Ads Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing performance marketing campaigns, generating leads, improving ROAS, and analyzing campaign performance to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Set up and optimize Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, Video, Lead Generation, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and bid strategy optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize ads to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
- Create compelling ad copies and coordinate with the creative team for banners, videos, and other creatives.
- Implement and manage tracking tools including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with SEO, Content, and Web Development teams to improve landing page performance and campaign outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, policies, and algorithm changes in performance marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, Video) and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of lead generation, e-commerce campaigns, and remarketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or Amazon Ads is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Agency experience is preferred.
