Job Summary
Roverz MotorBikes is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, ensure accurate accounting records, and support business growth through effective financial management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and MIS.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and fund management.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Process payroll and verify salary-related transactions.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Monitor budgets and control expenses.
- Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and team management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.com ,M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in the automobile industry will be an added advantage.
