Salary: Around ₹15,000 per month (based on skills and interview performance)

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and candidate screening.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Assist with onboarding and other day-to-day HR activities.
Eligibility:
- MBA/BBA (HR) pursuing or completed.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
