Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to own and manage the end-to-end technical delivery of Unify Apps implementations across large enterprise clients. This role requires a strong development background, proven leadership experience in delivering digital transformation projects, and the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical depth, delivery ownership, and client-facing communication skills, with hands-on experience leading engineering teams and managing complex enterprise programs.
Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the day-to-day technical delivery of enterprise-scale implementations

Lead internal and external stakeholder management, ensuring alignment across business, engineering, and client teams

Establish, maintain, and enforce the Definition of Done (DoD) across development teams, ensuring consistent quality standards before sprint completion and refining DoD based on client feedback and project needs

Lead and facilitate all internal Agile cadences, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming

Manage external client-facing engagements, including sprint demos, stakeholder alignment meetings, and cross-team coordination calls

Own and chair steering committee meetings with client leadership, prepare detailed project status reports, and conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives

Translate business and functional requirements into clear technical execution plans

Drive the adoption of AI agents and agentic workflows across client environments

Collaborate closely with architects and engineering teams on solution design and technical decisions

Track and manage delivery health, including scope, risks, dependencies, timelines, and quality metrics

Proactively engage enterprise stakeholders to set and manage delivery expectations

Mentor and guide junior engineers and consultants on delivery best practices and execution standards
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of experience delivering software or digital transformation projects for large enterprise clients (mandatory)

At least 3+ years of experience in a Technical Lead, Delivery Lead, or Project Manager role

Strong development background with hands-on technical understanding (any engineering background preferred; IT background strongly preferred)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology; non-IT bachelor’s degrees will not be considered

Strong experience with SaaS implementations, system integration, and workflow automation

Working knowledge of low-code platforms, iPaaS solutions, ETL / Reverse ETL, and AI-driven systems

Hands-on familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines

Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Strong problem-solving abilities with a structured and execution-focused mindset

Domain experience in BFSI, Telecom, or other enterprise verticals is preferred
