Preference - Experience in PCBA
1. Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
2. Ensure optimal use of manpower, machines, and materials. Ensure discipline and teamwork on the shop floor
3. Ensure to maintain the ESD environment at production line
4. Coordinate with other departments (procurement, quality, maintenance) to run production lines.
5. Monitor production targets and adjust plans when needed
6. Analyze production processes to improve efficiency.
7. Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement (Kaizen). Reduce waste, downtime, and cycle time
8. Work with quality teams to reduce defects and ensure products meet required quality standards
9. Prepare production reports, maintain records of output, defects & performance and share report to management on daily base
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
