Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Digital Marketing Faculty to train students and professionals in industry-relevant digital marketing concepts and tools. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in digital marketing campaigns and the ability to deliver engaging classroom and hands-on training.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom training in Digital Marketing.
- Teach both fundamental and advanced digital marketing concepts.
- Develop lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct practical sessions using industry tools.
- Guide students on live projects and case studies.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Keep course content updated with the latest industry trends.
- Assist students in interview preparation and career guidance.
- Coordinate with the academic team for curriculum improvement.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Search Engine Marketing (Google Ads)
- Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- WordPress
- Canva or similar design tools
- AI tools for marketing (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini)
- Marketing automation basics
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing is preferred.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certifications are an advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience handling live campaigns and client projects is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
