Core Responsibilities
- Production Scheduling: Assist in creating Master Production Schedules and releasing work orders.
- Inventory Control: Monitor raw materials and work-in-progress (WIP) to prevent supply bottlenecks.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with procurement, quality control, and shop-floor teams.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain ERP/MRP data, bills of materials (BOMs), and MIS reports.
Qualifications
- Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and basic ERP software knowledge (SAP).
- Soft Skills: Problem-solving, multitasking, and clear shop-floor communication.
