Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Rajahmundry. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and a passion for identifying and hiring top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Required Skills
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Good negotiation and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment is mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
