Shift Timings - 10 am - 7 pm
2nd and 4th Sat off and all Sundays off

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and business-oriented Head Dermatologist to lead and manage the dermatology vertical at Skinnsi. This role will be responsible for driving clinical excellence, leading large teams, and scaling operations across PAN India retail experience centers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall Skinnsi dermatology business across PAN India
Manage and mentor a team of Cosmetologists and Skin Therapists across multiple locations
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and treatment quality
Standardize and optimize treatment procedures and service delivery across all centers
Drive business growth, revenue, and clinic performance in collaboration with operations and leadership teams
Monitor customer experience, satisfaction scores, and resolution of escalations
Conduct training programs, audits, and performance evaluations for clinical staff
Introduce and implement new dermatological treatments and technologies
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and operations
Qualifications & Experience
MD/DNB in Dermatology (Mandatory)
Prior experience in leading multi-location teams or clinic chains
Strong exposure to aesthetic dermatology and cosmetology treatments
Proven ability to handle team management and business responsibilities
