Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to support our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. The role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in cold calling, and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients and generate business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and identify their business needs.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and maintain lead records.
- Schedule meetings, demos, or discussions between prospects and the sales team.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM/software.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Stay updated on company services and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable with cold calling and client interactions.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales or service-based industries.
- Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into opportunities.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
