SLR Infotech is looking for an experienced and motivated HR professional to join our growing team. We are seeking candidates with strong expertise in recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and prior experience in the hospitality and education sectors who can contribute effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

HR Executive / HR Manager
Experience Required
✔ Minimum 5 Years
✔ Candidates with experience in the Hospitality and Education sector will be preferred.
Candidates with prior experience working with or having tie-ups with reputed 5-star hotel brands such as Hyatt Hotels, Taj, JW Marriott similar luxury hospitality chains will be given as recruitment preference.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
✔ Handle employee records, HR documentation, and compliance
✔ Coordinate effectively with management and different departments
✔ Conduct interviews, candidate screening, and hiring activities
✔ Maintain employee engagement and implement HR policies
✔ Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
✔ Develop and execute effective HR strategies to support organizational growth
✔ Ensure smooth employee relations and workplace coordination
Required Skills
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
✔ Strong understanding of HR processes and recruitment strategies
✔ Leadership and team management skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
✔ Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
✔ Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
Qualification
Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
