As a Telecaller at Dynamic Explorers, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in MS-Excel, Digital Marketing, Internet, and proficiency in both spoken English and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products and services.
2. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with customers in MS-Excel for future reference and analysis.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns to drive customer engagement.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating in both English and Hindi to address any inquiries or concerns.
5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve our services.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the market.
7. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team to contribute to the overall growth and success of Dynamic Explorers.
