About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented RCM Manager to lead and oversee the complete Revenue Cycle Management process. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations across billing, coding, AR follow-ups, payment posting, and denial management while maintaining compliance and maximizing revenue collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management operations
- Supervise billing, coding, AR, denial management & payment posting teams
- Monitor KPIs such as AR days, collection ratio, denial rate, and revenue trends
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations (HIPAA guidelines)
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team training
- Identify process improvements to enhance cash flow and reduce revenue leakage
- Coordinate with clients/providers for issue resolution
- Prepare MIS reports and revenue performance analysis
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (Healthcare/Commerce preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in Medical Billing / RCM
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare billing processes
- Experience with EHR/EMR systems and billing software
- Excellent communication and analytical skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
