Wellphy Medical Hub is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless patient experience by managing communications, coordinating appointments, addressing inquiries, and fostering positive relationships with patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient communications through phone calls and other channels.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling.
- Provide information about services and address patient inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient support.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and service requests.
- Follow up with patients and help ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relations, Telecalling, Front Office, Patient Coordination, or Customer Service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
