Job Description
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing, branding, and business growth. The role involves planning and executing marketing activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Generate leads through various marketing channels.
- Coordinate with the design and content team for promotional materials.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Visit schools, clinics, and organizations for promotional activities (if required).
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Work towards achieving monthly marketing targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Self-motivated, creative, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
