Role & Responsibilities :
- Manage overall plant administration, ensuring smooth operations of housekeeping, canteen, office facilities, and infrastructure.
- Lead plant security operations including entry/exit control, gate pass system, and monitoring of manpower, vehicles, and materials.
- Prevent pilferage, unauthorized access, and conduct regular surprise checks and security audits.
- Maintain discipline across shopfloor and support functions; handle misconduct and absenteeism in coordination with HR.
- Oversee facility and vendor management (security, housekeeping, canteen, transport, maintenance) ensuring service quality and cost control.
- Monitor AMC contracts and ensure timely maintenance of plant equipment and facilities.
- Manage employee transport and company vehicles, including utilization, maintenance, and fuel tracking.
- Ensure statutory compliance and liaise with authorities (Police, Fire, MIDC, Labour Office); support audits and inspections.
- Coordinate safety initiatives with EHS, lead emergency response, conduct mock drills, and manage administrative assets and inventory control.
Key Skills Required :
- Graduate (preferred: Administration / Industrial Management)
- Retired personnel from Indian Armed Forces (Army/Navy/Air Force)
- 12–20 years of service experience
- Exposure to industrial/plant administration or security preferred
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
