Job Title: Tandoor Helper
Responsibilities:
- Assist the tandoor chef in daily food preparation.
- Prepare and marinate ingredients as instructed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the tandoor station.
- Ensure timely supply of charcoal, utensils, and ingredients.
- Help with grilling, plating, and kitchen setup during service.
- Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Assist with cleaning and closing duties at the end of the shift.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of tandoor operations is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
