Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and management. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, assisting with the recruitment process, drafting professional HR documentation, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities1. Administrative & Record Management
- Maintain and update digital and physical employee records (e.g., contracts, personal files, and leave records).
- Prepare official HR documents such as Job Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, and confirmation letters.
- Update internal HR databases with new hire information and changes in employment status.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, and bonuses).
2. Recruitment & Onboarding Support
- Post job openings on various job portals, social media platforms, and careers pages.
- Screen resumes, shortlist qualified candidates, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including collecting required documents and conducting company orientations.
3. Employee Relations & Communication
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees regarding general HR queries and company policies.
- Assist in organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (Fresh graduates with a strong passion for HR are welcome to apply).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
