Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage guest interactions and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for hospitality and guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage room reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requirements.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing details.
- Process payments and prepare daily reports.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in front office or guest relations in a hotel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel PMS software.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Tamil preferred.

- Knowledge of reservation systems and billing procedures.
