Senior HR Executive

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Job Summary
Seamless Speciality Foods and Beverages is seeking a Senior HR Executive with 5–7 years of experience to oversee recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, and compliance. The candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills, a solid grasp of HR processes, and the ability to support both business and employee needs effectively. Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with the ability to set up HR processes, contribute to culture-building, and support rapid organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and deployment across PAN India.
· Drive engagement initiatives, resolve grievances, and provide HR support.
· Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
· Implement appraisal systems, track KPIs, and support career development.
· Draft and update HR policies in compliance with labour laws.
· Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and company policies.
· Generate reports and maintain HRMS data for decision-making.
· Source and depute candidates across multiple locations as required.
· Work closely with founders and leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA HR preferred).
· 5–7 years of HR experience in recruitment, operations, and compliance.
· Strong knowledge of HRMS tools, MS Office, Indian labour laws and HR compliance.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Willingness to travel across India for recruitment and deployment needs.
