Job Summary: The Business Development Executive (IT Staffing) will drive revenue growth by acquiring new corporate clients across India for permanent, IT hiring. This role requires a deep understanding of the Indian tech talent landscape and a proven track record of securing high-volume IT mandates.
Core Responsibilities
- IT Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard domestic Indian clients, including IT services companies, product startups, GCCs (Global Capability Centres), and tech enterprises.
- Mandate Generation: Secure high-quality, qualified IT hiring requirements across diverse tech stacks (e.g., Full Stack, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Cyber Security).
- Account Growth: Map out large accounts to cross-sell specialized staffing solutions, niche executive searches, and volume-based RPO projects.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2 to 7 years of B2B sales experience exclusively in the Indian IT staffing industry.
- Tech Literacy: Solid understanding of modern software terms, cloud ecosystems, and programming frameworks to pitch effectively to CTOs and TA Heads.
- Network: Active, existing relationships with HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition Directors, and Engineering Heads across major Indian tech hubs (Bengaluru, NCR, Hyderabad, Pune).
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Number of new active IT client logos onboarded monthly.
- Volume of monthly job orders/mandates injected into the delivery pipeline.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
