Role Overview
Victorino Luxury Homes is seeking a proactive and organised Human Resources professional to manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, performance monitoring, compliance coordination, and administrative processes.
The role requires a structured individual capable of building systems, ensuring discipline in execution, and supporting organisational growth in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Develop structured hiring processes, evaluation formats, and candidate assessment mechanisms.
- Handle joining formalities, documentation, employee records, and HR databases.
- Assist management in implementing performance tracking systems and periodic reviews.
- Monitor employee productivity, attendance discipline, and role accountability.
- Facilitate employee communication, issue resolution, and workplace coordination.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, leave records, and statutory compliance documentation.
- Maintain updated records related to statutory requirements and employee files.
- Support management in implementing organisational structures, reporting systems, and workflow processes.
- Maintain proper HR documentation, MIS reports, and confidential employee data.
- Contribute to building a professional and performance-driven work culture.
