Job Description:
We are hiring ITI and Diploma candidates for leading engineering and manufacturing companies. Candidates will be involved in production, machine operation, assembly, quality inspection, maintenance support, and other shop-floor activities.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machines as per work instructions.
- Assist in manufacturing, assembly, and production activities.
- Perform quality checks and ensure product standards are maintained.
- Support machine maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily targets.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety standards.
- Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes.
- Willingness to learn and work in a production environment.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
