We are a growing pet wellness brand creating high-quality treats and products for dogs and cats. We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic team member to support daily operations, social media activities, influencer collaborations, and local pet events.
Fresh graduates and candidates with basic experience are welcome. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack and process customer orders.
- Coordinate courier pickups and maintain inventory records.
- Schedule and post content on social media.
- Respond to customer messages and comments.
- Coordinate with influencers and UGC creators.
- Organize and send product samples.
- Assist at pet events, exhibitions, and promotional activities in Chennai.
- Handle basic administrative and reporting tasks.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Canva, and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working independently and handling a variety of tasks.
- Based in Chennai or able to travel within Chennai when required.
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with social media, customer service, administration, or marketing.
- Interest in pets and pet care.
