Looking to hire Food Safety Audit Executive with the following qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Internal Audits & Compliance
- Conduct routine and surprise audits at outlets to assess food safety compliance.
- Verify adherence to HACCP, FSSAI, and company-specific food safety guidelines.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and preparation of food items as per SOPs.
- Check implementation of pest control, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
2. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed audit reports highlighting non-compliances and areas for improvement.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented by outlet teams.
- Follow up on non-conformities and escalate major violations to relevant stakeholders.
3. Training & Awareness
- Conduct food safety training sessions for outlet teams to improve compliance levels.
- Educate food handlers on personal hygiene, safe food handling, housekeeping chemical awareness and usage, and critical control points.
- Reinforce best practices for personal hygiene, equipment sanitization, and safe food handling.
4. Complaint Investigation & Risk Mitigation
- Investigate food safety complaints and incidents to identify root causes.
- Ensure proper retention and handling of food samples for validation.
- Recommend process improvements to prevent recurring food safety issues.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards, including FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and GHP.
- Good auditing and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and training skills.
- Ability to work independently and conduct surprise audits.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
- HACCP, FSSAI, or other relevant food safety certification is preferred.
- 6 months–2 years of experience in food safety audits, quality assurance, or compliance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
