Role Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and completing construction projects within timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations. The role involves managing contractors, site engineers, vendors, clients, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Manage end-to-end construction project execution.
- Prepare project schedules, milestones, and work plans.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor daily site activities and progress.
Site Management
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Resolve on-site technical and operational issues.
- Ensure proper manpower and material utilization.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
Budget & Cost Control
- Track project expenses and control cost overruns.
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, and billing reports.
- Coordinate procurement and material planning.
- Approve contractor bills and vendor payments.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure work complies with construction standards and drawings.
- Maintain quality control procedures.
- Coordinate testing and inspections.
Safety & Compliance
- Implement site safety protocols and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with local authority approvals and building codes.
- Conduct safety audits and toolbox meetings.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Communicate project updates to clients and management.
- Attend project review meetings.
- Handle client escalations and reporting.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), MIS reports, and project documentation.
- Update project schedules using planning software.
- Maintain contracts, drawings, and approval records.

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (for some companies)
- PMP certification is a plus

- EPC projects
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
