ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a talented, deadline-driven Graphic Designer to create campaign creatives, match-day posters, outdoor visuals, and social media assets for our brand clients and sports properties. You will work across advertising, sports, and digital mandates — ensuring every piece of output reflects brand excellence and creative ambition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Design high-quality campaign creatives for digital, social media, print, and outdoor formats
– Create match-day posters, event branding, and sports marketing collateral for the Kickboxing Super League and other properties
– Develop outdoor advertising creatives including billboards, hoardings, transit ads, and DOOH visuals
– Collaborate with the content, digital, and client servicing teams to ensure creative alignment with briefs
– Maintain brand consistency across all client visual assets
– Manage multiple design briefs simultaneously and deliver quality work within tight timelines
– Adapt and resize designs across multiple formats for different platforms and media types
– Present creative concepts clearly to internal teams and incorporate feedback efficiently
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
– 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong, diverse portfolio
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are essential
– Experience designing for advertising — including outdoor/OOH, digital, and print formats
– Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
– Ability to work across multiple client briefs simultaneously without compromising quality
– Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving under deadline pressure
GOOD TO HAVE
– Experience in sports branding, event identity, or advertising agency environments
– Motion graphics or basic video editing skills using Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro
– Knowledge of printing specifications and file preparation for large-format outdoor media
