Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients with property purchases, conducting site visits, and closing sales while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, references, and field activities.
- Assist clients in buying residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property site visits and explain project details to clients.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate deals and coordinate the sales process until closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on market trends and available property inventory.
Requirements:
- Graduate preferred (12th Pass with relevant sales experience may also apply).
- 0–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Field Sales, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
