Key Responsibilities:
1. Connect with prospective employers and understand their hiring requirements.
2. Consult clients on suitable recruitment solutions offered by Internshala.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and sales discussions with decision-makers.
4. Drive end-to-end sales conversations from lead qualification to closure.
5. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through effective follow-ups.
6. Achieve monthly revenue, conversion, and activity targets.
7. Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in CRM systems.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
9. Identify upselling opportunities during initial client interactions.
10. Stay updated on market trends, recruitment challenges, and competitor offerings.

CTC - 4-5.5 LPA fixed (based on the experience) + 3LPA variable (quarterly basis).
