Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Sales Executives / Business Development Executives to join our Forex & Corporate Business team. This role is ideal for both fresh graduates looking to start a career in sales and experienced professionals seeking growth in the banking, forex, or financial services industry.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Forex & Remittance products, including:
- Foreign Currency Exchange
- Travel Cards
- Outward & Inward Remittance
- International Money Transfer
- Generate new business through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop business opportunities with corporate clients, travel agencies, educational consultants, and other business partners.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Coordinate with branch and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Educate customers on forex products, exchange rates, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer visit reports, and sales pipeline updates.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, KYC, AML, and company policies.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate (MBA preferred).
- Freshers with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Banking, Forex, Financial Services, or B2B Sales is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- A valid two-wheeler and driving licence are mandatory.
