We are seeking a dynamic Senior Architect to join our team to assist in areas of architecture and Interior design! This position requires experience as an architect, plus knowledge of building codes and experience in multifamily, single-family dwellings. Knowledge of land planning and subdivision layouts are a plus! Current trending Interior designs and Material usage. Experienced in Hospitality and Educational projects.
What you would be doing:
- Design floorplans and elevations for a variety of projects, specialised in Schools
- Using AutoCAD software and other relevant softwares to produce architectural plans for management and client approval
- Prepare detailed architectural designs for projects after discussing and understanding client requirements
- Reworking and modifying designs based on comments and reviews from management and clients
- Continuous market study research to respond to consumer trends and direction
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture
- 3-5 years of progressive design experience
- Must be a licensed Architect
- Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence
- In-depth understanding of Revit or AutoCAD software
- Ability to produce insightful and innovative ideas
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
